Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and 3LC Devlabs for using Kidployee. By creating an account, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

Accounts

• You must be an adult (18 or older) to create a parent account.
• You can create kid accounts only for children you're the parent or guardian of, and you're responsible for how those accounts are used.
• Keep your password and your kids' PINs private. You're responsible for activity on your accounts.

Money and prizes

Kidployee is a tracking tool. It doesn't hold, send, or pay out real money. Job pay, bonus game rewards, and prize wheel winnings are amounts that you, the parent, choose to pay your kids. 3LC Devlabs doesn't pay anyone and isn't responsible for what's owed between family members. You can turn the prize wheel off for any kid in their settings.

Using Kidployee fairly

Please don't:

• upload anything illegal, harmful, or that you don't have the right to share;
• try to access other families' accounts or data;
• try to break, overload, or get around the app's security.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

The service

Kidployee is free to use right now. We're always improving it, so features may change, and we may pause or end the service. If we plan to shut it down, we'll give parents notice so they can save anything they need.

Kidployee is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, 3LC Devlabsisn't liable for indirect losses from using it.

Ending your account

You can delete your family's account any time from the Kids tab. That permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and contact

If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Questions? Email 3lc.devlabs@gmail.com.
